Thank you for visiting and shopping at Muvia. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (UK Time)

  • Order Processing Time (Handling): 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time (Shipping): 5 – 15 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 18 business days.

4. Carriers & Tracking

We primarily use Royal Mail and dedicated UK priority lines for all our deliveries. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • How to Track Your Order: You can track your package directly through our Track Order page. Simply enter your order number and see the real-time status of your delivery.

  • Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

5. Missing or Lost Items

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@muviaofficial.com.

We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the item is confirmed as lost, we will provide a reshipment or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Order Status & Cancellations

  • Checking Status: In addition to our tracking page, you will receive automated emails at every stage of the process (Order Confirmed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered).

  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has already entered the processing or shipping phase, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
